Delivery Charges & Payment Methods
📍 Dhaka City
- Home Delivery Charge: ৳70
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available within Dhaka City.
- You can inspect the product before making the payment.
📍 Outside Dhaka
- Nationwide Home/Courier Delivery Charge: ৳120
- No advance payment required.
- Pay the full amount through Cash on Delivery upon receiving your order.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives the right product in excellent condition.
✅ Returns & Exchanges are accepted if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
❌ Returns & Exchanges are not accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The return or exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The issue is related to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
